How to edit your HSP profile

To edit your profile, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to https://app.hostedstatus.page
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner
  3. Click on the "My Profile" link
  4. Click on the "Edit profile" button

After this, you will be taken to the profile edit page, where you can change its settings, name, etc.

Change your name​

To change your name, simply replace the current name with the new one.

Change your email address​

Changing an email address is not possible directly from your account/profile settings.

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, you will have to contact us via email or Live Chat.

Change your password​

To change your password, logout first and then follow the password reset instructions here: https://app.hostedstatus.page/forgot-password

We will send a Password-reset link to the email address associated with your account.
